3. Data Controller
3.1 The Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the 933win platform is the operator entity under which 933win.cam is operated. 3.2 Where 933win engages third-party service providers to process data on its behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification services, cloud infrastructure providers and analytics platforms — those providers act as Data Processors and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. 933win remains responsible as Data Controller for such processing.

8.2 Indicative retention periods are as follows:
- Account and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five years following account closure to meet anti-money laundering and audit obligations;
- KYC documentation: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five years thereafter;
- Support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the most recent interaction;
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent and for three years following withdrawal of consent;
- Technical and log data: Retained for up to 12 months unless required longer for security investigation purposes.

12. Minors & Age Restrictions
