1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and the operator of the 933win platform ("933win", "Operator", "We", "Us") accessible at the domain 933win.cam.

3.1 To register a 933win Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction explicitly excluded by the Operator from time to time;
• You are not an employee, director or immediate family member of an employee or director of 933win or its affiliated entities;
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform (one account per person/household/device/IP address is permitted);
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party.

3.2 The legal status of online gambling varies significantly by jurisdiction. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation may restrict or prohibit access to this Platform for users in Pakistan. 933win does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any specific territory. You are solely responsible for determining your legal position.

3.3 933win reserves the right to conduct age verification and identity checks at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending satisfactory documentation.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address or mobile number.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information associated with your Account. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4.3 Only one Account per person, household, shared device, shared IP address or payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

4.4 You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. You should not share your credentials with any third party. 933win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.5 You must notify 933win support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.6 Account closure may be requested at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy. Self-exclusion requests are subject to the Responsible Gambling Policy.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

5.1 As part of its commitment to safe and compliant operations, 933win applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all registered accounts. This process may be triggered at registration, at the time of a first withdrawal request or at any point the Operator deems necessary.

5.2 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);

5.4 Providing false, forged or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any legal consequences that may follow.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 933win Platform are made in the currency displayed in your Account, which may be Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another supported currency as determined by the Operator.

6.2 Payment method availability — including but not limited to methods familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfers and mobile wallet services — is determined by the Operator's cashier at the time of transaction. The mention of payment provider names on this site is for contextual familiarity only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed availability. Always verify available methods in the cashier.

6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may change at the Operator's discretion.

6.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, except where the Operator approves an alternative at its discretion. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.

6.5 Processing times for withdrawals are operator-published estimates and are not guaranteed. Bank transfer processing may be subject to third-party processing windows outside the Operator's control.

6.6 933win reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate compliance reason.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 933win may offer Welcome Offers, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback Offers, Loyalty Rewards and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. The availability, terms and duration of any promotion may change at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. Users must read and accept these terms before opting in.

7.3 Unless specified otherwise in promotional terms, all bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds and, where applicable, the qualifying deposit amount must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any winnings can be withdrawn;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or stake per spin that may be placed is as specified in the promotional terms. Placing bets above this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%). The game-contribution table is published in the promotional terms;

7.4 933win reserves the right to withdraw, amend or refuse any bonus at its discretion, including where abuse or manipulation of promotional terms is suspected.

7.5 Users who make deposits solely to satisfy minimum deposit requirements for bonuses, without genuine intent to play, may be considered as engaging in bonus abuse, and their accounts may be reviewed accordingly.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets placed on the 933win Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for checking their bet slip before confirming a wager. 933win will not accept claims arising from user errors in bet selection or stake entry.

8.2 Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each market type as published in the sportsbook. Coverage of cricket and other sports is provided as context only; 933win has no official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or governing body.

8.3 933win reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or payout being displayed;
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded;
• There is reasonable evidence of collusion, match manipulation or fraudulent activity;
• The user was ineligible to place the bet under these Terms.

8.4 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes streamed from a studio. Stated RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game or event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 933win Platform:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or betting;
• Collusion with other players or with third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches or mis-priced odds ("palpable errors") for financial gain;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Abusing bonus terms or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by a third party.

9.2 Where 933win has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, the Operator may, at its sole discretion:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the User's Account;
• Withhold or void pending withdrawals and forfeit account balances;
• Share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Take legal action against the User.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 933win reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• Requirement under applicable law or regulation;
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

10.2 Upon voluntary account closure where no breach has occurred, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees.

10.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or Prohibited Conduct, 933win reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 933win, its officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of earnings, lost profits or loss of data;
• Platform downtime, technical failures, interruptions or delays beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Decisions made based on odds, statistics or information displayed on the Platform.

11.2 Nothing in this clause shall limit 933win's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 933win makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the 933win Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, software and game content, is the intellectual property of 933win or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 933win collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance and, where you have consented, marketing communications. 933win does not sell personal data to third parties.

14. Responsible Gambling

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

16.2 933win does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from territories where such access is unlawful is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, jurisdictions where all forms of online gambling are prohibited by law.
